Terms of Service

Nurtandem is operated by Alexander Hoban (“Nurtandem”, “we”, “us”). These terms form the agreement between you and Alexander Hoban for your use of the Nurtandem website and app. Contact us at nuturetracking@gmail.com.

By creating an account or continuing to use Nurtandem you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, and if you accept on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Nurtandem is a logging tool that lets caregivers record feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, medicine and notes for a baby and share them with each other. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk to your pediatrician about health concerns.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Nurtandem for your own family, within the limits of the plan you are on.

Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You decide who you invite to your care circle. Anyone with an accepted invite can read, add, edit and delete records for that baby. Only invite people you trust.

You must not:

• use Nurtandem for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
• send spam, or attempt to access another family's records;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping or automated bulk access;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits.

The records you log remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process them solely to provide the service to you and your care circle.

We retain all ownership of Nurtandem and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

Nurtandem Plus is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy gives you a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancelling keeps your data and returns you to the free plan at the end of the paid period.

We work hard to keep Nurtandem available, but the service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your account and any baby you are the only caregiver for.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to its courts. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
